In this recent example, we responded to an urgent request involving a shipment of pipes that were ready to be loaded onto a vessel. Upon inspection, the end closures were found to be damaged and required immediate replacement. Within just two days of being notified, Dhatec produced, delivered, and installed new closures—ensuring everything was in perfect condition and ready for timely loading.

Monday – Client reported the issue

In the afternoon, one of our customers reported that there were slight defects in some Bevel Protectors and PE Plugs due to harsh handling.

Tuesday – Start of production replacements goods

The next day we immediately started the production of the replacement goods and arranged everything for the trip the following day.

Wednesday – Problem solved!

Two Dhatec employees traveled to the harbor to replace all the damaged pipe closures on location. They were finished by the afternoon and the pipes were ready to be loaded on time on to the vessel.
